LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Research Manager for our candidate located in the Greater Saginaw-Midland-Bay City Area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing research projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and driving innovation in agricultural practices.

Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage research programs that align with the companys strategic goals and objectives in the agriculture sector.
- Oversee multiple research projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with scientists, agronomists, and other stakeholders to design experiments, collect data, and analyze results to inform decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and practices in agriculture and identify opportunities for application in research initiatives.
- Prepare and present research findings to internal teams, senior management, and external partners, ensuring clear communication of complex information.
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry organizations to enhance research capabilities and collaborations.
- Manage research budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Keep abreast of advancements in agricultural research methodologies, tools, and technologies, integrating them into ongoing projects.
Qualifications :
- Associates degree in related field and / or minimum 5 years experience
- Prior experience supervising employees.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability.
- Class A CDL with current medical card.
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Core, 1A Field Crops).
- Knowledge of ARM Statistical Software program
