As an Onboarding Specialist, Job Duties include :
- Facilitate the Commercial deposit account opening process and manage account maintenance for the Private Bank, including blocked and controlled accounts.
- Exceed customer expectations by ensuring prompt responses to internal and external inquiries within 24 hours. Escalate issues to management or address them in daily huddles.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive initiatives to completion.
- Apply and enforce risk mitigation controls; escalate exceptions to leadership and other relevant parties as needed.
- Produce high-quality output and perform quality management duties as assigned.
- Establish requested accounts in the core system and resolve problems of varying complexity.
- Execute additional tasks as required to support the operational needs of the Private Bank.
Skills :
- 5+ years of banking experience with a comprehensive background in operations or customer service teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Implementations, Client Services, Treasury Sales, and Relationship Managers.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet critical Service Level Agreements.
- Experience in implementing change and driving process improvements within a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
