POSITION OVERVIEW :
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? Join us as a Customer Care / Retention Representative, playing a pivotal role in delivering personalized service to our existing customers while providing vital support to our sales and service team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prospect for new customers.
- Identify opportunities during customer interactions.
- Thoroughly document all customer interactions.
- Keep track of daily customer contacts and pivot activities.
- Foster referrals and recommendations from our valued customers.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience :
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with commonly used computer software applications.
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products is advantageous.
- Skills and Abilities :
- Exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Open to coaching and eager to learn, embracing constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated and proactive; capable of independent decision-making and timely actions.
- Driven by goals, resourceful, and motivated.
- Quick learner who can leverage product and customer knowledge to enhance service and contribute to marketing efforts.

- Licenses & Certifications :
- Attain and uphold necessary licenses for marketing and selling State Farm products (Property & Casualty + Life & Health).
- Ensure licenses are maintained in good standing.
