JOB TITLE : Clerk, Shipping & Receiving
The primary responsibility of the Shipping / Receiving Clerk is to assist in receiving, organizing and shipping of The North Face and Jansport products.
How You Will Make a Difference :
Unload and load shipments of products at the receiving area. Scan incoming / outgoing packages to import data into tracking system (AS400).
Use of Pitney Bowes System (USPS shipping software). Sort packages according to brand (TNF / JSP) Moderate use of forklift and pallet jack.
Skills for Success :
Years of Related Professional Experience : 1-3 years
Educational / Position Requirements :
- HS diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in shipping / receiving preferred but not required (on the job training provided).
- Basic computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational skills
Special Physical and / or Mental Requirements :
- Constant movement push / pull
- Standing, kneeling and / or bending, lifting up to 50lbs of weight
Hiring Range :
$13.14 USD - $16.43 USD per hour
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
