THE ROLE : Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with financial services clients (e.g., banks, private equity firms) to develop relationships, acquire new business, and manage project deliverables
- Develop relationships with client decision makers, identify leads, and contribute to the development of proposals that turn into client engagements, with a focus on M&A due diligence
- Manage client engagements in M&A due diligence and maintain quality control, budget, and schedule of deliverables, with a focus on technical and market due diligence
- Exceed client expectations of quality
- Liaise with the Project Executive on the quality of analysis, strategic input, etc.
Requirements
Skills and Experience :
- Significant experience within the industry with a specific technical / commercial due diligence experience
- Specific experience selling and / or delivering due diligence to the financial services sector (banks, PE, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Experience of delivering business cases to sponsors and investors
Personal Qualities :
- Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly on new initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business professional English
- Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness
- Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities
- Flexible and willing to work extra hours as necessary to accommodate busy work loads
