To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to :
Provide level 1, 2 and 3 support to the Autokiniton user community as needed to perform daily activities within Autokiniton’ s business suite of applications.
Work with various departments and business leaders to assess, design, develop, test and document changes needed to improve efficiency and provide business performance improvement.
Prepare and present change control documentation for implementation of completed work prior to production installation.
Continue to develop functional knowledge in application areas of colleague responsibility (QAD, Campfire, QMS, EAM, Sterling Integrator, Cyberquery, etc.).
Works on special projects as assigned by IT management.
Represent IT on internal councils and teams addressing similar topics.
Resource in supporting the company community by providing software upgrades and system training.
Participates in user groups and industry forums, representing IT at meetings and conferences.
Plans and implements new procedures to improve existing processes.
Works with regional support teams in the development and testing of solutions.
As a Systems Analyst Sr. Ldr., responsibilities include assisting with analysis and design of solutions and mentoring other members of the team.
Directs the team in the proactive identification and implementation of system process improvements related to all core global systems including ERP, EDI, Enterprise Workflow
Assign projects and tasks to other team members, ensuring that responsibilities of the team are completed as expected.
Responsible for the identification, selection, training and coaching of IT Systems Administrative talent.
Responsible for the leadership and management of performance feedback for all direct reports.
This full-time salary-exempt role is a part of our Corporate IT team and reports to the Sr. IT Manager Enterprise Applications.
Required experience :
- Associate’s degree (information systems or computer science) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems application support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people a plus.
- High level of integrity required due to the sensitive nature of responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of the value of excellent customer service and service delivery.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, team building and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Proficient in key Business systems used by Autokiniton. This includes but is not limited to QAD, EAM, EAGLE, OnBase, QMS, Gentran, Sterling integrator, Campfire, Cyberquery.
- Project management experience
- Experience with ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
