Ready to hire Commercial Construction Estimator / PM-Hybrid (Must live in the Pittsburg PA area)- will travel to office 2 time a week on average
Requirements :
- 4 years minimum estimating experience required with a General Contractor-Commercial Construction
- Experience in Hard Bid, Conceptual and Negotiated Estimating.
- Knowledge of Plan Swift or similar on-screen takeoff system
- Knowledge of Expedition or similar software
- Knowledge of local subcontract market
- BS degree in Construction or Engineering preferable but not required
