Organizational Overview : Renova Environmental Company, an employee-owned small business
established in 2006, has core competencies providing environmental remediation, restoration, and
heavy civil construction services to federal and private clients. Renova’s in-house team consists
of project managers, field engineers, administrative professionals, heavy equipment operators, and
skilled laborers.
Position Overview : The Senior Project Manager position offers a qualified candidate the opportunity to lead and grow Renova’s federal and commercial environmental construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Cradle-to-grave project management of federal and commercial projects : manage clients, subcontractors, and other project contacts;
develop proposals and work scopes; track budgets; and
coordinate project logistics and deliverables.
- Manage support staff within Renova
- Support Renova’s overall business operations
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction and / or environmental construction
projects
- Estimating skills a plus
- BS or MA within a related field a plus
- PE, PG, or similar background a plus
- Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and computer skills
Compensation : $100 to 150k+; commensurate with experience; unmatched benefits and automatic enrollment in employee-ownership program.
