Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a gardening curriculum for youth participants
- Conduct hands-on gardening activities and workshops for educational purposes
- Maintain the gardening tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and participation of youth in gardening activities
- Collaborate with other instructors to integrate gardening lessons with overall program goals
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in horticulture or gardening education
- Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, and garden maintenance
- Excellent communication skills for teaching and interacting with students
- Ability to create engaging and educational gardening curriculum
- Demonstrated passion for working with youth and fostering their interest in gardening
