Business Acumen :
- Have business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Experienced in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
Regulatory Knowledge :
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA regulations (or relevant local regulatory bodies in other regions)
Financial and Operational Expertise :
- Work on financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience in optimizing operational efficiency and maximizing ROI in pharmaceutical research and development.
Communication and Stakeholder Management :
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, healthcare professionals, and the public.
Ethical Standards :
Show high ethical standards and integrity in all business practices, particularly in pharmaceutical research, marketing, and distribution.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making :
Proven ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions under pressure, and mitigate risks effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Science or directly related with at least 60 months of experience.
