- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- A minimum of five years of experience managing records.
- Experience and skilled at writing documentation using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Documentation will include tracking spreadsheets, training materials, presentations to all levels, and new / updated policies and procedure documents
- Experienced and comfortable working with MS SharePoint is required. Experience with MS365 Records Management capabilities is highly desired (Retention Policies / Labels, etc.)
