A company is looking for an MSx IT Technician II (Remote) who is experienced in customer service and technical support.Key Responsibilities : Diagnoses and remediates equipment failures, performance issues, and unexpected behaviorProvides peer support and training for specific products to MSx Support staffAssists with problem research and documentation, interfacing with vendors as necessaryRequired Qualifications : One or more certifications in core product technologies, including Windows and Office 3653+ years of end-user phone support for PC desktop and application software3+ years of experience in installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computersPreference for at least 1 year in a TPx Communications support environmentFamiliarity with network technologies and routing equipment
