Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office Applications.
- Strong knowledge of cost engineering theories, principles, and practices.
- Experience with time impact analysis, construction claims, and change orders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
