The role includes benefits and a base salary.
Job Description :
- Process weekly payroll for all union and non-union employees,
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, and benefits.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments and changes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Willingness to learn and expand into additional HR responsibilities.
