Oracle EPM Consultant Manager
Performance Architects, Inc. ( is a fast-growing, leading business and technology consulting company that partners with our clients to initiate and sustain significant improvements in enterprise performance.
We are hiring team members for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice at various stages of professional development, including Consultant Managers and Directors.
As a member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects.

You will need to have the ability to lead a project and be the main point of contact for day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for effective and successful delivery of projects including managing resources on the project, and validating their work.

Qualifications :
- Five to seven years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
- Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices required
- Experience acting in both a management and developer role in at least 5 projects, including activity within the last two years
- Custom Planning experience, including Financials and Workforce detail
- Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) preferred
- Proper U.S. work authorization
Skills :
- Minimum five years of development experience with Oracle EPM (PBCS, EPBCS, EPM Cloud) solutions required. Bonus if you have experience with ARCS, FCCS, PCMCS, EDM
- Public Sector / Higher Education experience is a plus
- Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and / or account reconciliation
- Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel power user a plus)
- Ability to lead delivery across projects and delegate where appropriate : documentation, development, testing, training, etc.
- Proven ability to coach others, recognizing their strengths and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal development
- Understand and manage client expectations, seeking and acting on client feedback
- Lead client conversations in design and delivery with client
- Identify and synthesize project risks, escalating internally and to client when needed
- Implement best practices with respect to project delivery
