Key Responsibilities : As a Field Systems Engineer, you'll be a key player in the installation, startup, and maintenance of our advanced systems.
Your duties will include : Control Panel Assembly : Building and testing control panels that will be deployed to field sites, ensuring top performance and reliability.
On-Site Technical Support : Installing, wiring, and troubleshooting low-voltage electrical systems, including sensor platforms, gate operators, and active vehicle barriers.
System Commissioning : Performing testing, calibration, and commissioning of equipment to meet customer specifications. Customer Training : Educating end-users on the operation of our systems to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration : Working closely with the Systems Engineering team to align project requirements and deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For : To excel in this Field Systems Engineer role, you'll bring the following skills and experience : Electrical Engineering Expertise : Solid background in electrical wiring, low-voltage circuits, relays, sensors, and industrial I / O.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics : Proven skills in identifying and resolving electrical issues quickly and efficiently. Reading Schematics : Ability to interpret and work from electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Safety-Conscious : Adherence to safety standards when working around electricity and jobsite hazards. Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and quality in your work.
Communication Skills : Clear and professional interaction with team members, clients, and end-users. Independent and Motivated : Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Tech Skills : Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software. Willingness to Travel : Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to support various projects.
Physical Ability : Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary. Security Clearance : Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
