Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
