Title Human Resource Manager

Hours : 8 - 5 - hybrid

Pay : Up to $130,000

Location : Tacoma, Washington

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities :

1.Enhanced Employee Engagement Initiatives :

Develop Tailored Initiatives

Create engagement programs based on employee feedback and preferences. This could include regular surveys or focus groups to gather insights.

Recognition and Rewards

Implement robust recognition programs linked to performance and achievements.

Professional Development

Offer clear pathways for career advancement through mentorship, training workshops, and leadership programs.
