Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Interact with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and offer personalized advice.
Sales Generation : Proactively identify sales opportunities, promote coverage options, and secure new client accounts.
Policy Development : Develop custom insurance plans that align with clients' individual needs and provide comprehensive coverage.
Client Retention : Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and fostering loyalty to the agency.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements
Licensing : Possession of a valid Florida license is required.Sales Experience : Proven track record in insurance sales or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy.Sales Ability : Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals effectively.
Local Knowledge : Familiarity with Stuart, Florida, and the surrounding community.Positive Attitude : Optimistic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
