THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE
Most of your shifts are from Monday to Friday, however, there may be times when you work evenings or weekends to accommodate our guests' needs.
You are an essential part of our sales team, playing a crucial role! When our clients have inquiries, you quickly attend to them with exceptional customer support that leaves a remarkable and long-lasting impression.
Your positive and energetic demeanor shines through as you efficiently address client concerns and approach them with a solutions-focused mindset.
You also handle the collection of advance payments and ensure smooth payment processing. You proactively manage cut-off dates to guarantee a flawless reservation experience.
Your dedication to perfection is evident in your meticulous management of rooming lists and accurate guest accommodations.
You manage billing groups, ensuring our financial information is well-organized to optimize and improve our billing procedures.
Your enthusiasm for this role is contagious, fostering the growth and potential of our entire hotel staff!
