Responsibilities
- Supplier Management End to end supplier management process from supplier selection and due diligence, qualification through to relationship and conflict management.
- Procurement Governance monitor and manage adherence to Procurement policy and P2P process to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
- Market Analysis & Early Involvement Analyse the market to identify procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to avoid potential exposure or to exploit possible opportunities, whilst ensuring early engagement with cross-functional partners.
- Bid Preparation Support the RFI, RFQ & RFP tender scoping process. Including tender preparation, analysis and clarification, TOCO evaluation and award.
- Digitalisation Projects actively contribute to projects and collaborate in work groups to drive transformation and process efficiency using appropriate digital tools.
Qualifications / Experience :
- Customer centric with excellent communication and change management skills
- Good understanding of procurement processes and strategies
- Perceptive business acumen with a focus on impact and outcome
- Enjoys collaborating and can work effectively in cross functional teams to find innovative solutions
- High levels of attention to detail and proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
- An understanding of systems tools e.g., SAP, Qlik View, KNIME, Power BI and Power Automate
