Plant Operations Services Manager

As a Plant Operations Services Manager in our Pikeville, KY plant, youll use your warehouse and distribution skills to manage our warehouse supporting the making of our delicious and sought-after brands.

You will be overseeing inbound and outbound activities, internal product movements, shipping, transportation, and the team supporting you.

You will be part of the leadership team, assisting with setting the direction, policy, and strategic plan for the plant.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• All around MVP - Day-to-day youll be leading all inbound / outbound activities, warehouse, internal movements of products, shipping, transportation activities, and the team that supports you.
• Successful Metrics - Food and people safety are a top priority, so along with embracing and driving that culture, youll be accountable for managing all associated costs within the warehouse, creating the budget, reporting out on gaps, and developing plans to close them, on-time loading, inventory management and a few more.
• Project Management Use your time management and goal-oriented skills in order to provide leadership and support on distribution-focused projects.

You will create and maintain budgets as well as oversee adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial targets.

• Vendor Relationships Youll be flexing your relationship-building skills as you manage our partners who help our logistics operations.
• Support Collaboration is one of your skillsets as you working with operations to support our production teammates. As products come in for production, youll oversee the logistics of getting to the appropriate line.

Were Looking for Someone With

• High School diploma / GED with significant relevant experience
• Experience in a union environment
• SAP or similar software experience
• Previous Warehouse Management experience within a manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage people in a fast-paced 7 day per-week operation
• Ability to create, maintain and adhere to budget guidelines and financial targets
