Sr. Associate, Investment Publishing
Individual will maintain consistency, uniformity and accuracy in publishing performance information related to funds offered by participant plans.
Will be a subject matter expert (SME) for improving publishing infrastructure to allow accelerated publishing workflow and work with data partners to ensure integrity of data that is published on an ongoing basis.
The position will be responsible for the relationship between data partners and online publishing vendors tasked with publishing of related performance data.
The individual in this position will possess basic knowledge of custom financial products and web publishing. For new offerings or changes to existing services, the SME will manage projects for implementation or change, both internally and with vendors.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Interact with internal business partners as an SME on publishing timelines, bandwidth issues, and change requests.
- Monitor and manage operational processes refinement, focusing on efficiencies and process reliability.
- Direct vendor's efforts in creating support materials and processes for new business offerings and process enhancements.
- Serve as an information source to the Publishing Operations area.
- Assist data partners in data recon, delta and other data analysis.

- High aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution
- Familiarity with complex financial products and fund maintenance concepts
- Understanding of how data flows through various processes in order to publish and update online properties

Base Pay Range : $91,800 / yr. - $117,700 / yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
