Physical Therapist
Position Summary :
The Physical Therapist develops, plans and implements appropriate therapeutic programs for the students in the district.

Department : Special Education Services
Reports to : Director of Special Education
Training and Experience :
- Two years' experience working with neurological disorders, developmental disabilities and multiple disabilities preferred
- Fundamental theory, principles, techniques and equipment used in physical rehabilitative therapy
Licensing / Certification Requirements :
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arizona State Board of Physical therapy Examiners
- If applicable, must obtain required certifications for being a MIPS provided and fulfill all MIPS reporting responsibilities
FLSA Status : Exempt
Salary Placement : Appropriate placement on the Instructional Support Salary Schedule Please see OT / PT section
