Perform and complete assessments in various settings.

Collaborate with providers and the health care team to ensure continuity of care.

Promote a therapeutic environment to ensure inmates are treated professionally, ethically, and tactfully.

Provide patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications : QUALIFICATIONS :

QUALIFICATIONS :

Current, unrestricted LPN license to practice in New Jersey.

At least 1 year of RN experience in correctional healthcare preferred.

A current CPR / BLS card with demonstrated cognitive skills is required.

Must meet security clearance requirements.

Required Skills :

Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills.

Assertive, empathetic, and able to provide care objectively.

Microsoft proficient.

Experience in working with Electronic Health Records.
