Responsibilities :

• Engage with potential leads and inquiries promptly in San Clemente, CA, US to contribute to expanding our customer base
• Conduct thorough market analysis specific to San Clemente, CA, US to ensure accurate pricing of property listings
• Proactively prospect and generate leads to create new business opportunities
• Provide valuable assistance to clients throughout the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless closing experience when needed
• Support sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively in San Clemente, CA, US to attract buyers quickly
• Efficiently convert pre-qualified leads from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth
• Follow the team's strategic plan for smooth and cohesive operations in San Clemente, CA, US
