LHH’s client is seeking a Lead of Client Accounts with a Tech industry background. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the success of digital marketing analysts by removing obstacles and enabling them to focus on impactful work.
You will streamline communication from various team members to ensure clarity and effectiveness. This position involves collaborating with top-tier brands to develop data-driven, automated solutions that meet broader business goals, with a proactive approach to addressing any challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize advanced technology to oversee large-scale digital marketing campaigns and analyze trends to provide actionable insights to clients
Develop and maintain a clear service plan for each account, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring alignment with client strategies
Mentor and guide Analysts, offering performance feedback and career development support
Assist with onboarding new clients and participating in sales pitches
Clarify priorities and approaches for the team
Oversee ongoing projects and ensure deliverables are met
Monitor accounts performance and provide regular guidance on opportunities for improvement
Handle intermediate-level technical troubleshooting
Lead new publisher or product integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, engineering) to provide feedback and brainstorm new features
Review client workload, service plans, and deliverables
Participate in management training
Lead team discussions and closing conversations, confirm client objectives, & organize and participate in strategic client calls
Contribute to training materials and documentation
Automate recurring tasks
Perform audits
Develop and implement testing initiatives
Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews for clients, including coaching and presenting
Share industry, competitor, and solution insights with the team
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of relevant experience with some time spent at a marketing agency
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract trends from data and communicate insights effectively using data and visual

Salary
Between $80,000-$95,000 annually depending on experience
Pay Details : $80,000.00 per year
