POSITION OVERVIEW As a Warehouse Associate at our spirits bottling plant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse facilities' smooth and efficient operation.
You'll be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing spirits products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our production process.
Required Skill Set : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including cases of spirits products, up to 50 pounds.
Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems. Responsibilities for Food Safety : Use of appropriate logs and procedures for Shipping and Receiving, Raw Material Testing, Ingredient Blending, Ingredient Storage, Allergen Segregation and Handling, Glass and Brittle Plastics, GMP, Production-Area Sanitation and Cleaning.
Training Required : GMP, Forklift Operator Certification Key Responsibilities : 1. Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered;
inspects and stores it according to policy. 2. Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
3. Maintains TTB-required TIB transfer paperwork and Monthly Report of Storage Operations. 4. Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
5. Ensures that all stock is stored in the correct locations in the warehouse. 6. Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery promptly and according to schedule.
7. Schedules materials being transferred to and from the warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
8. Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
9. Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed. 10. Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
11. Resolves routine equipment issues. 12. Performs other related duties as assigned. 13. Cross-functional training with the bottling team for support as needed. Powered by JazzHR
