HVAC Technician

Our client, in Saint Francis, WI is seeking a hardworking, motivated individual to join their team. As a HVAC Technician.

This is a temp-to-hire position within 90 days.Job Title : HVAC TechnicianLocation : St. Francis, WIPay Range : $25 an hour or based on skills and experience.

What’s the Job?Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment (of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas, and electrically operated air conditioning equipment) across 7 facilities, this includes roof top units.

Perform troubleshooting and conduct repairs on all HVAC equipment as needed.Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including (but not limited to) thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, etc.

Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.Advise Maintenance Department as to required parts and material inventory to support HVAC equipment.

What’s Needed?1 -3-year experience with commercial HVAC equipment up to 20 ton.Standard practices of the HVAC and refrigeration trade and theory of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Knowledge of the materials, methods, tools (manual and electric) and equipment applicable to the HVAC and refrigeration trade.
