Our Client is private family office investment group of business operators focused on the acquisition of family-owned United States based manufacturing and distribution businesses with the strategy to hold and grow them.
This position is for the newly created role of President of a Manufacturing Company. To be successful, the individual must have proven experience to generate new incremental revenue through product line expansion, increased capabilities, improved sales process and
better customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Proven leadership
- Business strategy, annual budget and forecast development aligned to deliver financial objectives.
- Drive innovative ideas to the business, assess opportunities to expand the business, and improve market share
- Develop and implement a sales strategy, direct the sales team with the desired coverage to enable a positive impact on the North American market.
Coach team in all customer interactions.
- Develop and implement a set of business KPI's in line with the company's business strategy.
- Responsible for exceptional customer service delivery at all levels.
- Leads the implementation of business improvements and other organizational initiatives. Change Management efforts as required.
- P&L understanding and management for the business
- Ensures that the company meets all its legal requirements.
- Ensures that the products produced and sold to customers are of high quality in accordance with the company's quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education and / or Experience : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
MBA an asset
