Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Send emails, texts, and respond to real-time requests in chat sessions from our various website
  • Work with various Web based applications to obtain pricing, product availability and information
  • Follow specified tasks in an attempt to secure an appointment to the dealership showroom
  • Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations over email and text communication
  • Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments, making sure clients are informed before they walk into the dealership

Qualifications

  • Prior Sales or Customer Service experience is required
  • Previous automotive experience preferred
  • MUST have a strong desire for a long-term position
  • Personal integrity

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker - ability to see the entire picture
  • Develop relationships with customers
