Job Overview :

DiPasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. This position requires regular attendance; answering calls and fielding them, accordingly and assisting in various administrative duties as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Occasionally assist the Intake Specialists when needed
• Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls - as many as 200+ daily
• Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and / or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system, Neos
• Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
