We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tax and Estate Planning Attorney to join our prestigious firm. The ideal candidate will have experience working with UHNWIs, offering top-tier tax planning, legal advice, and financial strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of complex tax codes, exceptional analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to UHNWIs.
- Develop and implement sophisticated tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize wealth preservation.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates.
- Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and industry trends to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and advisory services, preferably working with UHNWIs.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
