- Payrate : $21+
- Duration : Temporary role until January 3, 2025
- Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 50 AM - 2 : 00 PM (Friday until 1 : 30 PM)
Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and support for Client's team.
The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule office lunches and dinners, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
- Keep accurate attendance rosters, updating sheets for late arrivals or absences.
- Regularly update and manage Google Spreadsheets related to attendance and scheduling.
- Manage the calling in and calling out list, including handling calls, redirecting them as needed, and providing information to relevant parties.
- Greet guests upon arrival, set them up for their scheduled interviews, and alert managers of their presence.
- Answer phones, redirect calls appropriately, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain office supply inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and temporary projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and general office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
