The Director of Financial Systems works on the oversight and implementation of business systems across all Ingenovis
companies. As a subject matter expert, the Director of Financial Systems guides and assists the company’s Finance team by overseeing new projects, providing production support, and supporting decision-making with regard to new and changes to existing software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as Lead for the Finance Department in all software project implementations
- Provides support to the Ingenovis Finance Team for all production software environments, including but not limited to, Workday and Bullhorn
- Develop and execute the vision and strategy for financial systems to support the company's growth and operational objectives
- Continuously assess and optimize financial processes, workflows, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance, support, and upgrades of financial systems to meet changing business needs and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the integrity and security of financial data, ensuring data governance and best practices are maintained
- Partner closely with finance, IT, and other departments to align financial system initiatives with overall business goals and cross-functional projects
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks
- Assists in extracting financial data across multiple systems - e.g., ADP, Bullhorn and Workday
- Provides advice and leadership on how business processes might benefit from additional automation
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems a plus
- Ten (10) years or more of related experience
- Significant knowledge of Workday and Bullhorn systems
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting as evidenced by a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
experience at the Controller level
- Prior experience in a healthcare, staffing or public accounting field
- Hands on experience with Bullhorn and Workday software

Must have use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the

Must have the capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment such as but
not limited to the computer, calculator, copier and fax machine
Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing

Compensation Range
$159,000.00 - $198,750.00
Benefits include : health, dental, vision, FSA / HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w / employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
