Next Level Technician has an immediate need in the Baltimore, MD area for a Fire Alarm / Security Service Technicians. The Service Technician’
s responsibilities are as follows; Service and some installation of conduit, wire, and devices for various low voltage systems, mainly focusing on fire alarm, access control and video surveillance
Responsibilities :
Fire Alarm Installer Responsibilities :
- Pull, terminate, dress and label fire alarm cable
- Test all installed cable using appropriate testing equipment
- Terminate Fire Alarm Panels and Devices.
- Read and interpret fire alarm system layouts from blueprints
- Troubleshoot and service existing systems
Qualifications :
- 2 years minimum of demonstrated work history / knowledge in Fire Alarm Systems.
- Understanding NEC and NFPA current requirements is essential.
- Experienced in troubleshooting panels, devices, and program various systems including, but not limited to, Edwards Fire Alarm Systems, Silent Knight, FireLite etc are a PLUS
