The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns for Max in the LATAM region.
S / he is a CRM operations professional who is detail-oriented, truly passionate about CRM, and has excellent campaign management skills.
- End-to-end campaign management, including : Recommend best practice for audience segmentation and set up method to launch a successful marketing program or campaignBuilding ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platformRouting campaign builds through necessary stakeholdersTracking campaign status and scheduling on the project boardDeploying campaigns in Braze
- A / B testing campaign development and execution
- Partner closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectives
- Partner closely with creative, MarTech, and legal to fulfill campaign requests.
- Min. 2 years of experience in CRM operations (email and push) with an enterprise-level ESP; in-app messaging experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing
- Experience with audience segmentation tools; Braze experience preferred
- Experience in managing projects through Asana, JIRA, Monday.com or a similar platform
- Basic knowledge of email and push best practices
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with creative, marketing and business teams
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
- Fluency writing and speaking in English and Spanish is required
- Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload efficiently
