We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Staff Accountant to join our fast-paced finance team. This role will play a pivotal part in our company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to :

1. Managing all aspects of the payroll process, including data entry, verification, and distribution.

2. Preparing and filing all required tax documents accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Creating comprehensive financial statements to aid in company decision-making.

4. Utilizing QuickBooks to track and manage company financials.

5. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

6. Conducting regular audits to ensure financial information accuracy and compliance with regulations.

7. Collaborating with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning tasks.

8. Assisting with the development and implementation of accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.

3. Proficiency in payroll processing and tax preparation.

4. Experience in preparing financial statements.

5. Expertise in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

6. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11. CPA certification is a plus.
