We are seeking a skilled Carpenter specializing in framing and flooring to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both framing and flooring techniques, possessing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute framing and flooring tasks according to project specifications and timelines.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to determine the layout and materials required.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise dimensions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company’s standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with other team members, including contractors and subcontractors, to coordinate workflow and achieve project objectives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Carpenter specializing in framing and flooring.
- Proficiency in framing techniques, including stud framing, roof framing, and truss installation.
- Expertise in flooring installation, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
