Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager oversees every aspect of sales process / plan and marketing initiative for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Columbus, Ohio with the objective of achieving profitable sales growth.
This role is responsible for analyzing data, results, and performance of the sales department to identify opportunities and areas of improvement and implementing strategies to support company goals.
The role will work directly with sales representatives to coach and develop sales tactics that improve results and provide a high level experience to our customers while providing the best experience in the field for our teams.
The role is also responsible for supporting sales as needed, assisting with meetings to land quality accounts or customers as well as handle any customer concerns regarding estimates.
This role will monitor and manage the marketing budget and work with vendors to oversee expenses and look for opportunities to help promote the company within the community.
Be involved in any groups, networking or events that may be beneficial to the growth of accounts or lead volume and monitor management wide activity in groups.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and develop sales team to maximize results and meet sales quotas and revenue goals
- Review and assess reports / data to evaluate success of individuals and strategy and make adjustments as needed
- Track performance of direct reports, coach and train as needed
- Initiates and develops relationships with office / property managers, local commercial realtors, and other potential commercial customers.
- Collaborate with TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK Columbus on co-branded strategies, opportunities and events to leverage each brand and promote the benefits of the brands for customers
- Develops, distributes, and tracks all media releases.
- Coordinates and monitors networking events throughout the company
- Work with operations team to ensure customer experience is meeting expectations
- Support sales team with lead volume, sales appointments, etc.
- Handle any customer concerns regarding sales / estimate concerns
- Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with GM and ownership to drive lead flow
- Be informed about trends, changes, updates, and opportunities within the franchise system
- Work with the Chief Operating Officer and ownership on pricing strategies
Education / Experience
A minimum of 2 years related job experience and management of sales team is preferred.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities (SKA) Required
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Sales and Marketing field
- Demonstrated sales experience, Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly, professional personality
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
- Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints
- Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications : Word, Access, Excel and etc
- proficient in social media is a plus
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Environment
Work is generally performed within our office at 5083 Westerville Rd, Columbus, Ohio, but will be involved in offsite meetings, events, etc.
Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekends.
