Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support and enhance our quality management systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA standards, as well as Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
This role will involve developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, overseeing quality teams, monitoring production processes, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in IATF 16949 internal and external audits.
- Support coordination of ISO 14001 & 45001 Quality Systems and adherence to RBA Standards.
- Review quality assurance data to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver technical and program information to management.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field, ideally in semiconductor or automotive industries.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system standard.
- Preferred Lead Auditor Certification.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA standards is advantageous.
- Experience or understanding of maintaining a formal Document Control system.
- Working knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC is desirable.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage complex quality issues.
