Job Description :
- Greet and direct customers or visitors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle mail or courier services
- Schedule appointments or meeting rooms
- Assist with filing duties
- Other administrative support work
Position Requirements :
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to prioritize projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
