As a key member of our Global Business Team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, and developing effective sales strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong client facing skills, excellent account management abilities, and a deep understanding of market research.
Responsibilities : Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through effective account managementConduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunitiesMaintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-upProvide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfactionParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Global Business TeamQualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sales or account managementProfessional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a mustStrong client facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work on-site 4 days a week in our amazing Sunnyvale officeBenefits : Competitive salary and benefits package Annual Total Range within 94k - 150k, negotiable)75% 401K matching + comprehensive premium insurance packageFree lunches and dinners on weekdaysReimbursement for phone bill, home wifi, and fitnessThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to take their sales career to the next level and build a long-term career with our company.
