Our team seeks an Operations Specialist to keep merchandise stocked, organized, and available on the sales floor. You contribute to REI’s success by ensuring merchandise is accurately priced and available to customers on the sales floor and back stock is organized in the warehouse.

You may perform duties such as cleaning and maintaining the REI facility. Models and acts in accordance with REI’s guiding values and mission.

Ready to discover better with us?Responsibilities and QualificationsHow you'll be successful : Unload and distribute merchandise from replenishment shipments.

Price, organize, hang, or distribute merchandise and REI stocking policies and procedures.Help with sale preparation and recovery, process damaged or returned merchandise.

Support store pick-up, including receiving and processing products.Provides maintenance services to all areas of the store.

Organizes and maintains store warehouse, supplies, and fixtures.Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and services.

Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.Additional duties as assigned.
