SCOPE :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and architects, along with business and technical stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Some of the things you’ll be doing :
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, constraints, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, architects, engineers, technology team leads, and business teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to project team members.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Track project progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and share lessons learned.
- Track all risks and constraints and ensure mitigation plans align with the project schedule.
Budget and Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and accountability.
- Allocate resources effectively, balancing team workload and project priorities.
- Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the technology or software development industry specifically Windows migrations, Office 365 migrations and consolidations, data center design, and / or data and application management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, VersionOne, MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with risk management and change management processes (ProSci and ADKAR)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certifications.
