• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).+ Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.+ One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred. *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
