As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to foster connections and build relationships within the community.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will help promote our initiatives and ensure their success. Key Responsibilities : Program Development : Assist in developing and executing community outreach programs and initiatives.
Engagement : Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to build positive relationships and support our initiatives.
Event Coordination : Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and activities to encourage community involvement and support.
Liaison Role : Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, effectively conveying our goals and initiatives.
Feedback Collection : Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to guide and improve future outreach efforts.
Internal Collaboration : Work with internal teams to align outreach strategies with organizational objectives. Qualifications : Passion for Community Engagement : A strong desire to make a difference and contribute positively to the community.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Relationship Building : Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse groups. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required;
