Starting Wage : $20.00 / hour + $1.00 / hour shift differential
Shift : 2nd
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday from 2 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm
Typical Day in the Role :
The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include :
- Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
- Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
