Overview :
We are seeking a Junior Project Management Support Analyst with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or an Associate's Degree.
The ideal candidate will interpret requirements, perform analyses, resolve problems, supervise requirements traceability information, and record requirements status.
This role requires experience with automation tools and portals and involves daily interaction with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret and analyze project requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Perform detailed analyses to identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Supervise and maintain requirements traceability information, keeping accurate records of requirements status.
- Utilize automation tools and portals to enhance project management processes.
- Interface with clients daily to understand their needs and provide project updates.
- Support project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience or an Associate's Degree in a related field.
- Experience with automation tools and portals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- DoD Cyberspace work role : Program Manager (801); proficiency level : Basic IAW DoDM 8140 series.
Preferred Skills :
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with DoD and military environments is a plus.
