We are looking for a talented Freelance Production Artist to manage and provide deliverables for our realestae client. This is an ongoing role.
10-15 hours a week. This role requires a creative professional with a strong background in print production, digital advertising, and corporate branding.
You will be responsible for creating a variety of assets such as signage, flyers, posters, and graphics for communication materials, community-focused events, and advertisements (both digital and static).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage production tasks and provide deliverables for the West Coast team.
- Create and prepare files for print and digital assets, ensuring they meet vendor specifications and corporate branding guidelines.
- Design materials for signage, flyers, posters, and other visual graphics for communication.
- Develop digital and static advertisements for community-focused events and other marketing campaigns.
- Work independently to manage your schedule, with an expected workload of 10-15 hours per week, depending on project needs.
- Use your own computer and software to complete all tasks.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in print production and preparing files for vendor use.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to corporate branding guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Must have your own computer and access to Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is 40-42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
