No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities : Client Consultation : Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and destinations, tailoring travel plans that suit their needs and budget.
Booking & Research : Book hotels, flights, car rentals, cruises, theme park tickets, and other activities. Research and prepare itineraries that include detailed costs and optional travel insurance.
Quote Preparation : Create professional, detailed quotes for clients that outline the full cost of their trip. Supplier Interaction : Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm reservations, secure the best rates, and ensure smooth transactions.
Payment & Ticketing : Collect credit card payments securely and distribute electronic tickets for travel and events. Social Media & Community Engagement : Promote travel services through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and participate in community events to engage potential clients.
